The undersigned (The Customers hereby) acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions of Autohaus Middle East (The Company).

1. The Customer gives his consent to Autohaus to perform the repair, service and maintenance of this vehicle as may be deemed necessary, including the replacement of any necessary spare parts and materials, so that the Vehicle functions properly.
2. The Customer shall remove all personal items from the Vehicle before the Repair Work is commenced. Autohaus takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings from and at any time during the period the vehicle is in Autohaus premises.
3. The Customer hereby accepts the Vehicle Repair Report, which is assessing the condition of the Vehicle and Repair Work that has to be performed.
4. The Customer shall be charged for Safety Check Inspection with the amount of AED 300 in the event that the Customer does not wish Autohaus to execute the Repair Work or raises any objections with regards to the context of the Vehicle Repair Report.
5. Autohaus shall not, without the Customer’s prior authorization carry out any Repair Work or supply any materials which are not included or referred to in the Vehicle Repair Report. The Customer may authorize in writing (email, WhatsApp or SMS) additional work to be performed or spare parts to be supplied. If additional work or spare parts are duly authorized, the Customer shall be liable to pay the amount which is agreed at the time of Authorization.
6. The Customer hereby grants Autohaus the right to order on the Customer’s behalf any spare parts or materials necessary to carry out the required work. Autohaus reserves the right to collect payment in full as advance to obtain any such spare parts and materials (including courier charge and any costs arising from currency fluctuations between the date the spare parts and materials were ordered and the date paid for).
7. The Customer authorizes Autohaus to carry out test drive of the Vehicle, to move the motor for the purposes of the Repair Work and the determination of its functionality at Autohaus discretion.
8. The Customer shall return the Vehicle to Autohaus at his own cost and shall notify Autohaus in writing within 48 hours from the date of the receipt of the Vehicle, any non conforming work. Autohaus shall re-execute only the work that was described in the Vehicle Repair Report or its amendments and only if the non-conforming work is not a result of any malfunction of any component of the Vehicle or any spare parts used during the Repair Work. In the event that the Customer wishes to have his/her car recovered, recovery charges will be applied and the Customer will have to pay at his own expense.
9. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that by failing to return the Vehicle to Autohaus and to notify Autohaus within the said 48 hours, the Customer is waiving his rights and releasing Autohaus, and its employees and/or agents of all and any liability under the Terms and Conditions as set out herein.
10. Autohaus shall not reimburse or compensate the Customer for any loss of income, rent a car expenses, costs or expenses incurred from loss of use of the Vehicle, loss of business or profits or pure economic loss or indirect or consequential loss suffered by the Customer as a result of Autohaus work during the period of executing the Repair Work.
11. If, by reason of the Customers instructions or lack of such instructions, the Vehicle is not collected by the Customer within three 3 days from the date that has been notified by Autohaus that the Repair Work has been completed, Autohaus shall be at liberty to charge the Customer a daily storage charge of AED 100/-. Autohaus shall not be liable for any damage on the vehicle following the date of the expiry of the 3 days period as mentioned herein.
12. The Customer hereby accepts that Autohaus is authorized to use the Customers Vehicle as a source of advertisement in Social Media, as a Marketing tool to entice potential customers. However, the said advertisement shall be done without displaying the personal details of the registered owner of the vehicle or the number plate details. Moreover, Autohaus guarantees that no damages will be caused to the Customer by such use.
13. If in any case the Vehicle is found to be unregistered, registration expired, uninsured or insurance expired, then Autohaus is not liable or obligated to the Vehicle test driven and no warranty can be given on those Vehicle Repairs.
