Aerodynamic Enhancements

The Manthey kit features significant aerodynamic upgrades, including a revised front splitter with Gurney flaps, a redesigned front lip supported by sprung carbon struts, a flow-optimized underbody, a rear diffuser with carbon fins, and a two-piece DRS carbon wing. Additional modifications include a carbon rear window insert with a Shark-Fin, roof fins for improved airflow, and carbon aerodiscs for the rear wheels. These enhancements collectively generate over 1,000 kilograms of downforce at 285 km/h, substantially increasing stability and cornering performance.​KW Automotive Blog

Advanced Suspension System

Central to the kit is a semi-active coilover suspension system developed by Manthey and KW Automotive. This system incorporates unibal top mounts and dual adjustable compression and rebound valves. Equipped with four wheel and three body acceleration sensors, along with a high-performance control unit, the suspension adapts in real-time to driving conditions, adjusting settings up to 1,000 times per second. Drivers can select from Normal, Sport, and Track modes, with the Track mode offering further customization via steering wheel controls.​KW Automotive Blog

Braking and Customization Options

The kit also includes steel-coated brake lines and optional brake pads optimized for both track and road use, compatible with ceramic brake systems.
